REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation:
We understand if you change your mind. We allow cancellation of an order if the order has not been shipped. If the order has already been dispatched, it is not in our control to stop the delivery. The cancelled orders will be considered void and amount will be refunded via store credit. We do not issue cash refunds for order cancellations. We will deduct the transaction charges (charged by payment gateways) and a 5-10% re-stocking charges before refunding.
Price guarantee:
We strive hard to keep only the products we can supply within the promised timeline on our website. But for an unforeseen circumstance a product becomes unavailable we reserve the rights to cancel an order. We will inform the customer regarding the unavailability in good faith and offer alternatives with any changes in price. If a customer finds a better price deal on another website/store and proves it, we will refund the difference between the purchase price and the advertised price in the form of store credit. In an unlikely event of a price-change between the customer places an order and we procure the product, we will inform the customer about the change and customer will have to bear the additional cost.
Return and manufacturing defects:
In an unlikely situation where a delivered product is faulty (in its intended functions as seen in good faith, the warranty is from the manufacturers themselves and warranty covers only the manufacturing defects), we accept returns. We encourage customers to directly contact the manufacturers for faulty products. This will help the customer in resolving the issue more efficiently and quicker than us intervening this process. Contact information of customer service centers of the manufacturer is usually printed on the invoice, if customer needs more information, we will be happy to help. If the customer wants us to intervene in the process (which may cause additional delays), the purchaser needs to inform us regarding the manufacturing defect within 48 hours of receipt of the article and get a confirmation from us regarding the same. We will assign a case reference number and all returns need to accompany the reference numbers. Defective items (manufacturing defects only) need to be unused and in their original package. All accessories/manuals/wires etc. that came with the product need to be sent along with the product in original packaging. Failure to comply with this condition will leave the customer ineligible for a replacement. Just as it is our responsibility to ship you the product in sound condition, it is customer's responsibility to ship the return-product in sound condition. All returns should accompany a reference number provided by us when you call us to inform regarding a defective product. We are not responsible for damage/loss of shipments in this process. Also it is important that the customer chooses a reliable courier service and uses good quality packaging articles. Customer will have to bear the shipping charges. In all cases we try to get a replacement within shortest possible time. In case the product becomes unavailable, we will offer an alternative product with comparable functionalities, but customer will have to pay the difference amount. If the customer is not willing to accept the alternative product as a replacement (after encountering manufacturing defect), we will offer a refund in the form of check. All disputes are restricted to Bangalore Jurisdiction.
