WARRANTY OF PRODUCTS

1.3 In an unlikely situation where a delivered product is faulty, we accept returns. We encourage customers to directly contact the manufacturers for faulty products. This will help the customer in resolving the issue more efficiently and quicker than us intervening this process. Contact information of customer service centers of the manufacturer is usually printed on the invoice, if customer needs more information, we will be happy to help. If the customer wants us to intervene in the process (which may cause additional delays), the purchaser needs to inform us regarding the manufacturing defect within 48 hours of receipt of the article and get a confirmation from us regarding the same. We will assign the faulty product a reference number and all returns need to accompany the reference numbers. Please see our refund and cancellation policy for details.
